Dear Colleagues:
As you know in 1998, an online Computing Research Repository (CoRR)
has been established through a partnership of ACM, the Los Alamos e-Print
archive, and NCSTRL (Networked Computer Science Technical Reference Library).
The CoRR is available to all members of the community at no charge. For further

Recently, though a partnership of CoRR team a IEEE Task Force on Cluster Computing (TFCC)
a new subject area:
Distributed, Parallel, and Cluster Computing
(moderated by Rajkumar Buyya and Tushar Chandra)

has been created. On behalf of the CoRR and IEEE TFCC, I would like take this opportunity

The aim CoRR e-Print Archive is to promote science and technology by providing a
information store house that is accessible to colleagues all over the world. This

of information by submitting your article to Computing repository. CoRR is happy
to accept all articles, whether or not they have appeared in conferences or journals
before, for including in the e-Print archive.
