Monoprocessor o Bi-processor nodes?, K7 or Pentium III?

Hello,

We are going to buy a cluster (around 20-25 nodes), and we have some
questions.

* What is better, multiprocesor motherboard o monoprocessor. Take in account
that we have money to buy 20-25 processors.

* And, K7 (and then monoprocessor) or Pentium III?
