[Beowulf] Has anyone actually seen/used a cell system?

I'm still getting familiar with Sequoia, so I didn't understand at first that
Sequoia is a variant of C.  It uses the C preprocessor, and both limits
and extends C syntax.

I wasn't surprised to see them acknowledge Cilk in their paper.
