[Beowulf] Red Hat retaliates over GlusterFS patent suit

Hi folks,
I don't remember seeing this mentioned before, but 6 months ago "Twin Peaks"
(no, not involving Agent Cooper or damn fine coffee) sued Red Hat over
GlusterFS, claiming patent infringement (U.S. Patent No. 7,418,439).
It appears that Red Hat have retaliated with a GPL violation (copyright
infringement) action against Twin Peaks, saying:
# Twin Peaks is infringing Red Hat's copyrights by distributing proprietary
# code incorporating Red Hat's specific GPLv2-licensed version of
# "Mount-2.10m" and/or "Mount2.12a."
Red Hat ask for GPL compliance, damages and a permanent injunction against the
Twin Peaks software. Oops.. :-)
