Google implies that beotop was part of Bproc, and that project is on
SourceForge here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/bproc/

However, the git repo only includes the v5 code which doesn't seem to
include those two programs.   The CVS repo may have more.

There are tarballs going back a long time too...
