[Beowulf] Qlustar 10 is out - now free and 100% Open Source

we just released Qlustar 10, the full-fledged Cluster OS for HPC
and storage. Starting from this version, Qlustar is 100% Open Source and
absolutely free for end-users (some restrictions apply for integrators).
