A single development board, not so much, but a proper Transputer machine with many nodes, such as a Meiko machine, absolutely! 
(Says one of the original founders of Meiko :-) You may have used the Fortran compiler fo rwhich I wrote teh code-generator [in BCPL later migrated to C]).
