Could anybody give me a hand on installing the correct Ehternet driver for
my IBM EtherJet PCI 10/100. It's based on an i82557/8 chip (like eepro100).
I'm runing the Slackware 3.6 Distribution on an UMSDOS File System. I have
the driver version 0.99B and I have no clue how to install a new driver for
Linux and how to compile a kernel...and so on.. I just installed linux and I
know almost nothing about it and how it works...
Bye.
