v0.36 works but v0.99c doesn't

The latest version of the driver is 1.05 and fixed some problems I was
having with 0.36 and 0.99.  I suggest you go to the Donald's eepro100
site and grab 1.05 from there, compile it, and use it instead to see
if your problem goes away (the version linked to on the webpage was
1.03--1.05 was in the 'test' directory or something on the ftp server. 
Don't know if this is still the case)
