Transmit time outs

Hi,

I am using the latest driver of the web-site (which I compiled), with a
i82559 chip on a 2.0.33 Kernel.  As soon as the machine has to transfer
a large number of packets I see the following 2 lines repeatedly
(numbers obviously changing):

eth0: Transmitter timed out status 0050  0000 at 17374/17388 command
000c0000
eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter

Any input would be greatly appreciated, if you need any more info, I've
probably got it.
