This is the first "designated release" version of the EEPro100 diagnostic/setup
program.  It has the following changes from the earlier versions:
   Supports /proc/bus/pci PCI detection available with the 2.2.* kernels.
   Adjusts to the larger EEPROM size (e.g. the IBM branded board)

It also has an example of serial EEPROM write in the source code.
