I received a reply from Donald Becker about using the eepro100
driver, but no matter what I try I can't get the driver to
recognize the PRO100 LAN+Modem56 CardBus II.  Does anyone have
this CardBus device working with Donald's driver?  If so, what
did you have to do to get it to work?
