Latest Versions, kern 2.2 and kern 2.3

Actually, the exact same thing happened to me as a in-kernel driver, I've
neglected to report this since my primary focus was performance and reliability.
 Yes, I got 8 devices as well but since I have only one NIC card, I continued
testing.  Shame on me for failure to report.  Thanks for the point out...

Unfortunately, I won't return to address this myself as I'm on bereavement period
until next Wednesday.
