Problem with eepro100 and supermicro motherboard PIIIDM6

You're using very old driver.  Your problem is known and has already be
fixed.

Grab a new one from the latest 2.2.15 prepatch or from
ftp://ftp.sw.com.sg/pub/Linux/people/saw/kernel/v2.2/
