[eepro100] Where is the latest driver?

I need to fix these "transmit timed out" errors:

>eth0 Transmit timed out: status f048 0c00 at 411495/411526 command 000ca000
>eth0 Transmit timed out: status a050 0c00 at 411526/411557 command 000ca000
>eth0 Transmit timed out: status a050 0c00 at 411557/411588 command 000ca000


I'm using this version of the driver:
