The ring dumps show that the driver and the card do some job, but the card
doesn't generate interrupts (or they aren't passed to the driver).
I don't know what may be the reasons.
Could you check your /proc/interrupts?
Also, there are some know problems with the driver that aren't fixed in the
mainstream kernel. I'm not sure if they may be the reason for this behavior,
but could you try the newer driver to eliminate them?
