[eepro100] sk_buff question

Im trying to increase the maximum buffers, however, when SK_WMEM_MAX and
SK_RMEM_MAX is increases to 65535, the driver reports the following
error periodically:
Dec 15 08:53:10 mh02 kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0050  0000
at 295075/295087 command 000c0000.
Dec 15 08:53:10 mh02 kernel: eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter...

Do I need to make some changes to other files or is this sufficient.
