[eepro100] 2.2.16 eepro100 module?

Does anyone have a pre-built eepro100.o (Donald Becker's version 1.10a)
for the 2.2.16 kernel?  I keep having the "eth0: no receive resources"
problem with version 1.09j-t modified by Andrey.
