eepro100 - more than 8 NICs?

eepro100 kernel driver in 2.3.x should not have any hard limit at all,
and most of Becker's drivers should handle simply increasing the number
of net cards you can probe.

Note that 8 is a hardcoded number all over the place -- so if you need
module options to work past card #8, you must hack the driver in a few
more places...
