[eepro100] Problems with Redhat 7.0 and intel(R) PRO/100 VE onboard LAN connection

My pc has an onboard intel(R) PRO/100 VE onboard LAN connection which =
does not work on Redhat 7.0. I tried the drivers eepro100.o and e100.o. =
But both of them do not work.
Whenever I tried to load the driver eepro100.o by 'insmod eepro100.o', =
it always says the device is busy and there may be some parameter =
errors. The driver e100.o can be loaded but does not work.
Could you please give me some help or hints?
