[eepro100] eepro100.c version 1.11 under kernel 2.4.0 ?

Hi,

The eepro100.c module version 1.11 which fixes
the "eth0 card reports no resources" problem
works fine on my machine with the 2.2.16 kernel
but I can't manage to compile it with the new 2.4.0 kernel.
Does anyone have a 2.4.0 version ?
