[eepro100] 82559 configuration

Hi,
  Your mail is quite interesting. You said that your 82559 card worked
fine, I guess you had to send a config command to get it running.
Why do you need to send  82558 config bits to 82559?
Donald's driver has the config structure for 82559 also.
