[eepro100] new driver compile

everything's ok, but i'm kinda picky:

I would love to if it showed board assembly ID, 'cause i know that so far it's running on eepro100 compatibility mode, as all these boards are "somehow" backward compatible ...

are they any data i could add to the driver ...
