[eepro100] problems with rh6.2 and intel eepro100

Hi,

I have a Linux RedHat 6.2 (2.4.15) running over an Intel L440GX+, which uses
an Intel Etherxpress 10/100 card.

ifconfig shows the following:

It's quite strange because, is connected to a Cisco Catalyst 2900XL with the
ports forced to work 100 Mbps. Also, the errors is raising up. Any idea of
what is happening ?
