[eepro100] A variant of the Tx timeout bug?

Greetings!

As we all know, there exists a so called tx timeout bug - 8255x device stops 
processing Tx commands.

What I am observing is that at high speeds the chip sometimes does not 
interrupt.  So, my command queue looks like this:

080ca000
080ca000
080ca000
280ca000
080ca000
080ca000
080ca000
280ca000
080ca000
080ca000
080ca000
280ca000
080ca000
080ca000
080ca000
480ca000

As you see, the chip had processed all the TX commands, but my program had 
not gotten any interrupts (CX or CNA).  Have you ever seen anything like it?
