[eepro100] Problem with two onboard eepro100 cards (how to bind exactly first card to eth0)

As long as you stay with the same driver/kernel, the order will never
change...so if you can figure it out once (watch link activity lights
on something plugged into the port while pinging, for example), then you
will know which port is which...
