[eepro100] eth0: card reports no resources

many diff possible answers...
- easiest way is to use modules for eepro100
in your kernel
if the above simple way out didnt solve your problem...
than
- try a latest kernels ... it'd probably have the latest
drivers ???
- next option is to download the latest eepro100 driver
from the net or probably latest linux CDroms
- swap in a PCI-based NIC card to get online if you
need to d/l from the net
