[eepro100] Flashing Onboard 82562EM

Thanks for clearing that up, Donald.

Might I respectfully suggest that it might be a good idea sometime in the
future if the utilities were a little clearer on exactly which options
were supported? Regardless, your utilities (and drivers) are excellent.
