[eepro100] WATCHDOG timeout

Hi,
I am getting this watchdog timeout on 2.4.17 kernel. Root filesystem is
mounted over NFS. NIC just stops responding frequently. I already checked
eeprom setting and the sleep mode is not set. Could you give me some clue on
how I can debug this issue.
