[eepro100] wait_for_cmd_done timeout, report on installing Intel e100 driver

Well I had enough I have finished building a RedHat 6.2 server. Server
crashed this morning (Friday) lasted about 7 days this time.  If this new
server does this then I am going to go ballistic.
