[netdrivers] sundance patch for Kernel 2.6

Hi

I there a patch for the sundance driver for the dlink quad card. I am 
running kernel 2.6.6 and
I downloaded the sundance.c and I think that one is only for 2.4 kernel. 
Please help me out if
I am wrong
