drivers/net/rtl8139.c: needs "#include <linux/version.h>"

I noticed with the latest (rtl8139.c:v1.04 9/22/98) driver, which is
also the one in the latest (2.1.128) linux kernel, it's missing:

#include <linux/version.h>

This breaks the driver for at least linux 2.1.128.

BTW, This driver is working great under 2.0.34. Thanks for writing it!
