Problems with Compex RL 100 ATX

Hello,

is there a bug in the driver for the Compex RL 100 ATX ?

Everytime my linux-box boots, I get a message: MII PHY not found.
The hardwareadress for my ethernetcard is 00:00:00:00:00:00 then.

Or do I have to provide some parameters ?
