problem with Realtek 8139

I see this same thing frequently (or infrequently, depending on your quality
standards), perhaps 1 out of 10 reboots.  I haven't taken the time to figure
out what's causing it.  Rebooting again has always cleared the problem.
BTW, I have two realtek cards in my machine.
