surecom ep-428x with realtek 8139

The PCI 8139 driver and the PCMCIA 8139 driver are completely
separate drivers.  If you install PCMCIA services for Linux
(and the PCMCIA kernel drivers) it should automatically detect
your card type and install the correct driver.
