[realtek] pb compiling RTL8139

Hi All,

My kernel version is :  linux-2.2.15
             under Mandrake 7.1 (GPL)

My gcc version is     : 
 >gcc -v
  Reading specs from

I am trying to install the :
  Realtek RTL8139(A/B/C/8130) PCI Fast Ethernet NIC
Card

I downloaded the following 
   pci-scan.h 
   pci-scan.c 
   kern_compat.h 
   

I compiled as mentioned from web page and 
I got bunch of errors like :
