SMC 1211 10/100 TX

Compile your kernel with:
o NEW/EXPERIMENTAL support
o the rtl8139 driver to support your Accton/SMC 1211 TX

Install your new kernel.

Use mkinitrd to create a new entry in /etc/conf.modules:
`/sbin/initrd /boot/initrd-2.2.14.img 2.2.14`

Add an initrd entry to lilo.conf:
initrd=/boot/initrd-2.2.14.img

Run lilo to reinstall:
`/sbin/lilo`

You should be good! If you still have trouble, make sure that your alias
in /etc/conf.modules corresponds to the right ethernet device.
