realtek 8139 in 10mb half duplex ?

Hi,
I have got problems trying to set up my realtek in 10 mbts half duplex
mode

I have programed the eeprom to use 10mbits half duplex, when I reboot my
pc, the full duplex led is off,  but when I load
the rtl87139 driver, the full duplex led is activated .

Is there an easy way to set up half_duplex for this driver and 10mbits ?
