[realtek] Where to obtain RTL-8139 boards?

Does anyone know of a source for original RTL-8139 boards, and/or
specifications?  Both are difficult to find.  The former doesn't appear
in any of my searches, the latter doesn't seem to be available on any
RealTek-related Website.  The best I can find is RTL8139A (or B or C).
