[realtek] Realtek 8139 module problems

Hello network gurus,
i am trying to install a PCI Ethernet controller: Realtek 8139.
My distribution is SUSE6.4 and kernel version is 2.2.14.
I am loading my driver module within the /etc/conf.modules by alias "eth0 rtl8139" (version 1.08).
In my BIOS i diabled the PnP OS.
As you can see in my attached output everything seems to be OK.
The Problem is that my ACTIVITY LED is blinking but my LINK LED is dark.
I am not able to receive packages.
What could be the problem??
When i start with windows 2000 the card is working well.
