[realtek] rtl8139 faster when force to 10Mb !!!

Hi,

I got 7.9 Mb/s of ftp transfert when I force my rtl8139 to 10 Mb/s and
2.2 Mb/s at 100Mb/s.  I test this using two linux PC on a 5 ports
10/100 hub, one with an 3com and the other one with the realtek.

I tried a lot of driver including the latest one at
http://www.scyld.com/network/rtl8139.html

Do you have an idea !!!
