[realtek] ISA irqs (scanned) = 3,4,5 PCI status changes.

I compiled latest and greatest rtl8139.c

At the end of this c file it tells me how to compile:

since my card is a pcmcia cardbus, I assumed the latter one. Is it not
correct to use the last one???
