[realtek] Compiling rtl8139.c

Hallo!

I've got a Conceptronic CON100TC pcmcia ethernet card using a Realtek
8139 chipset.  I can find at www.conceptronic.net a linux driver for 2.2
kernels but i'm now using Mandrake 8 (2.4.3-20 kernel) and i need the
net to work.

I've downloaded rtl8139.c v.1.13 from Donald Becker together with latest
pci-scan.h and kern_compat.h.  When trying to compile it i get:
