rtl8139-diag.c:v2.04 8/08/2001

Significant rewrite of EEPROM handling.
  Bring the EEPROM bit handling and rewrite code up to date with
  diag-example.c.
  Add the ability to write a new station address.
  Added an "emergency rewrite" table to attempt to recover from
  completely erased EEPROMs.
  Corrected the new_default_media bug.
