Okay, I might not be very good at this since I'm unable to make
rtl8139-diag.c and the documentation that I have downloaded from
Realtek match each other.

rtl8139-diag.c has the chip address for accessing the flash prom
as 0x74, where the documentation says 0xD4. Also, the mask used
in the rtl_flash_in function to set the OEB pin low is 0x1C0000,
and judging from the docs it should be 0x160000.

I might be mistaken here, and I'd very much like another opinion
on this since making these changes has no effect on the inability
of rtl8139-diag to detect the flash prom.
