[realtek] rtl8139.c ver. 1.16a card detection problem

Hi,
I was using rtl8139.c  version 1.16a driver but this one
recognized my card as a 64 bit one and it was wrong
being my PCMCIA card a 32bit cardbaus one.
Moreover due to this wrong detection the card often hanged,
the solution I found is to remove the rtl8139C+ 
 pci_id_info structure in the pci_tbl[] and now 
it seems to work all fine HTH,
