[realtek] Compiling rtl8139.c and loading the pci-scan module

I just found the special instructions for RedHat 7.0, but it still dosen't work:
kgcc -DMODULE -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O6 -I/usr/src/linux/include -c rtl8139.c
(The -I should be unnesecarry as I linked /usr/include/linux and asm to the new ones)
