I can't thank you enough for posting up here... I've been experiencing the
if falling offline for 3 months now and the console messages too. I never
found good instructions here or anywhere on upgrading my kernel driver to
the latest and greatest. Too bad I allready disabled the nic and chucked in
a 3com =/ but HEY when the time comes that I need that last pci slot i can
go back to using the 8139 card. Thanks again!
