[realtek] Problems With Persistent IRQ 0

Hi All,

I am having a big problem with my rtl8139. I've just set 
up my server but the net device don't work.

When I run:

# insmod rtl8139.o

no problem, even if I run 'modprobe rtl8139' I have no 
problem.

But... (and here is the biggest problem), when I run:

# ifconfig eth0 10.0.0.1

I got the following error:

SIOCFLAGS: Resource Temporaly Unavailable

What can I do if, when booting, my net card gets IRQ 0. 
How can I change this ???

Any suggestion ???
