[realtek] Why RTL8139 driver very buggy ( any versions )

I have try  Intel 440zx, 440bx and move to different slots - bugs, bugs,
bugs.
Replace with EEPRO100 ( or 10Mbps cards ( RTL8029, PCNET ) - and all ok.
